For U.S. institutions of higher education, follow the steps below to apply for an RFA:
- Visit Current RFAs to view the opportunities available to work with HED. HED neither accepts nor reviews unsolicited proposals.
- Complete the RFA application. The application elements vary from one RFA to another, but typically include a description of proposed activities, a workplan, a budget, and additional information.
- Submit your application for review. All applications are reviewed by a committee of peer reviewers made up of members of the higher education community. The committee evaluates applications based on the criteria listed in the RFA.
