The partners collaborated to develop courses to complement the Computer Technical Support program at the National School of Applied Economics and Management (ENEAM) in the areas of General Management, Accounting, Business Development, and Customer Service. The Computer Technical Support program, in part, addressed Benin’s need for workforce positions that are part of the formal economy and provided an avenue of technical expertise to enable increased productivity in the economy by keeping computer and local area networks operating. Two ENEAM faculty studied with faculty at Chandler-Gilbert Community College and interned in the STRUT Center at Gilbert High School. At the end of this visit, one faculty member passed the A+ hardware/software integration certification exams and gained the global industry certificate.  Partners also equipped a computer lab at ENEAM with 70 computers, parts, a storage room, shelving, student tool kits, and air conditioning. By procuring donations from Intel, it established Internet access through a satellite downlink.
