As program associate, Jennifer Sisane administers higher education partnerships with Mexico under the U.S.-Mexico Training, Internships, Exchanges, and Scholarships (TIES) initiative.
Prior to joining HED in 2002, Ms. Sisane served as director of special projects and special assistant to the president for the International Student Exchange Program. Previously, she served as Vice Rector of International Affairs and Director of the Department of Languages and Culture with the Universidad de la Sierra, A.C. in Huauchinango, Puebla and Puebla, Puebla, Mexico.
Ms. Sisane holds a master's degree in interdisciplinary studies (English and adult education) from Virginia Commonwealth University.
