Contact and corrections
The Open Quad cannot weigh in on your application or your visa file, but a wrong fee, deadline or rule in one of our guides is something we want to fix quickly.
Reporting an error
Tuition figures, proof-of-funds thresholds and work-hour limits change from one academic year to the next. If a figure, a date, a rule or a source link has gone stale, write by post to The Open Quad at the address in the legal notice, naming the page and the sentence and, ideally, linking the official page with the current value. The corrected guide shows a new "Updated" date.
What we cannot help with
- Individual visa, immigration or admissions cases. Contact the embassy or consulate, the immigration authority, your university's international office or a free official adviser such as EducationUSA.
- Scholarship applications. Only the programme concerned can answer; see the official sites listed in our scholarships guide.
- Agent commissions, sponsored articles and paid links. Recruitment agents and advertisers are politely turned away.
- The former Higher Education for Development programme, its partnerships or its reports. That was a separate initiative: The Open Quad was never part of it and keeps none of its files (more on the About page). For archived US government material, look to the Development Experience Clearinghouse or ForeignAssistance.gov.
